The Mill on the Soar has something for everyone. Situated on the River Soar over 2 bridges, on the B4114 Coventry Road near Broughton Astley, we are only 1 mile from this beautiful village. You will be delighted with our unique pub which used to be a Mill House, still retaining the original Mill Wheel in the centre of the building. With many different sections we cater for adults and families. There are two non smoking areas which we call 'The Stables' because of the layout and the conservatory is a welcome retreat. Children are made most welcome whether they want to play outside in our fully equipped adventure playground or in our family room with children's games machines and even rides.
Restaurant
A great selection of British Classics in a quality menu which includes an extra special chargrill selection. Children's menu & light meals available. Extensive Range of Fine Wines, Hot Chocolate & Tea, Espresso, Cappuccino & Liqueur Coffees (large or regular). Enjoy our great roasts from 12noon - 8pm every Sunday; served with all the trimmings, we also cater for the little ones too!
Functions
Our two function rooms can hold up to 80 people and offer the ideal setting for any event. Our wedding coordinator can help with those important details, and our catering facilities comfortably accommodate up to 80 persons for a ‘seated’ afternoon luncheon, and up to 120 persons for the less formal evening buffet reception. If you are planning a business meeting or conference, from 5 to 50 persons, we can tailor the arrangements to suit your own specific requirements, or choose from one of our two pre-arranged packages.
